The “Nelum Kuluna” also known as the Lotus Tower, is a 350-meter-tall, 17-story building on D.R. Wijewardena Mawatha (McCallum Road) in Colombo 10, Sri Lanka that represents the shape of a blossoming lotus. Its unique shape and blooming petals create a fascinating view. The Colombo Lotus Tower also holds deep symbolic significance for the people of Sri Lanka as it represents the country’s cultural heritage, resilience, and progress while serving as a beacon of hope for its future.
This magnificent building is the 19th tallest finished skyscraper in the world and the 11th tallest completed structure in Asia. A television tower, a hotel, a museum dedicated to communications, restaurants, an auditorium, an observation deck, a mall, and a convention center are all part of the tower.
